Delicious Kale Pesto

Here’s a delicious — and very healthy — pesto recipe from Lucy Tristram.

Use Kale from your garden, plus a few other simple ingredients, and conjure up the basis for a lovley meal.

Here are the basics:

  • 100 g kale
  • 70g toasted pine nuts
  •  100 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Splash of lemon juice

And here’s how you combine them:

Place all ingredients in blender and mix to preferred consistency.

Serve with al dente pasta.
