We’ve settled in for a month in a hamlet so tiny you’d never find it without a good map or a GPS system.
It’s peaceful, and so is the rest of Britain, thanks to the historic vote in the Housed of Commons last week which ruled out an attack on Syria.
Perhaps we’ve got Tony Blair to thank for this because — after the dishonest promulgation of war in Iraq — no-one seems to trust the politicians much when they cry, ‘Let loose the dogs of war!’
