WARMING WINTER FRUIT

Hot Fruit Salad

 

175g dried apricots                                                                                               

125g dried prunes

125g dried figs

125g dried apples

600ml apple juice

2tbs brandy

25g chopped walnuts

 

Place dried fruits in a bowl and soak in apple juice overnight.

Transfer to saucepan and simmer for 10-15mins.

Arrange in a glass bowl.

Pour brandy over and sprinkle with walnuts.

 

Serve with low fat yogurt.
