I know that many readers are as fit as buck rats, however some of you may be contemplating 2018 as the year to shape up. One adage that is indisputable is that getting fitter has got to be good for you.
Walking, jogging, cycling, swimming …. whatever you do, if you keep on moving, your blood pressure will go down and you’ll start feeling better about yourself.
