A new feature – the ‘Three E’s’ diet – will aim to help you reduce weight and keep your weight under control, if this is what you want.
It’ll cover one of the most important topics facing many New Zealanders and will start soon in the Kapiti Independent.
It’s called ‘Three E’s’ because it’s based on Exercise, (Good) Eating and Ethics. It will cost you nothing — except effort and commitment.
The Editor (Alan Tristram) will be writing the articles and will not be making outlandish claims.
But he feels the diet has worked for him over many decades; and it could work for you.
