White Cabbage recipe

Baked Cabbage with Nuts and Cheese


CabbageIngredients:–

1 small white cabbage

300ml white sauce

50gm salted peanuts, chopped

100gm Cheddar cheese, grated

nutmeg,salt and pepper

Method :-

Oil a baking dish, then

chop the cabbage fairly coarsely

Boil until it is cooked but still crunchy.

Thin the sauce with a little of the cabbage water

Layer cabbage, sauce,chopped nuts and grated cheese in dish

Season each layer with nutmeg and salt and pepper

Finish with a layer of cheese

Bake at 220C for 15mins.
