Home Made Lemon Drink.

4 Lemons

175g. Raw Brown Sugar

900ml. Boiling Water

 

Scrub the lemons, halve them, squeeze out the juice.

Place the juice and pulp in a large bowl with the sugar.

Pour 300ml boiling water over.

Stir until sugar dissolves.

Add the lemon halves and 600ml boiling water.

Stir well, cover and leave to cool.

Strain, squeezing out juice from lemon halves.

Makes approx. 900ml.
