BANANA YOGURT FLAN
175g Wholemeal shortcrust pastry
6 Bananas
145ml Natural yogurt
Grated rind of half an orange
25g Grated dark chocolate
Roll out pastry to line 20cm fluted flan dish.
Mash bananas and beat in 60ml yogurt.
Pour banana mix into flan dish.
Stir remaining yogurt through mixture to give decorative affect.
Sprinkle with grated orange rind.
Bake in oven at 200C for 25-30 mins.
Cool and serve cold, sprinkled with grated chocolate.
