1 melon halved and de-seeded
2 kiwifruit thinly sliced
250g green grapes
15g stem ginger
2 tbs ginger syrup from the ginger
4 tbs apple juice
Scoop the flesh from the melon with a melon baller
Place in a bowl with kiwi fruit, ginger and grapes halved and de-pipped if preferred.
Mix the ginger syrup and apple juice together and pour over fruit.
