For the past 30 years (since 1984) he has been coaching at Middle Township High School in New Jersey. He has attended and led the clinics of and with some of the top development coaches in USA.

Middle Township High School is one of 440 New Jersey high schools that compete for a State Championship in one of six different groups according to size. Its 1100 students is considered small by New Jersey standards (the largest school in the State has 5000 students).

Middle has won 6 State Championships in its Group and has won 80% of its games since 1984, making it one of the most successful public school basketball programmes in the state. New Jersey is consistently rated in the top 10 states in America for high school basketball.
